Colorado State Senate District 20
I've served three terms as a state legislator – two in the House, and one in the Senate – and I'm proud of my record. During my tenure, I’ve represented much of Jefferson County. Now, I’m excited to serve all of Jefferson County as a County Commissioner, and continue working at the local level on issues that really matter to those of us who live here along the Front Range.
Issues like wildfire mitigation and prevention. Protecting Colorado's environment. Enhancing mental and behavioral health systems. Affordability and consumer protections. And strengthening democracy through information and access.

Meet lisa
I was born in Colorado and have a deep knowledge and love for our state. Jefferson County is my longtime home and is where I raised my family, started my business and began my career as an elected official. For the past eight years, I have worked tirelessly to ensure every Jeffco family has the support and resources they need to thrive. Now, I’m ready to build on the progress we’ve made and continue making a difference as a County Commissioner. Together, we can build a healthier, safer, and more resilient Jeffco for all.
